Out of necessity

comes greatness.

1 part Augusto Herb Liqueur
1/2 part Dry Vermouth
squeeze of lemon
dash of Angostura bitters
a couple of ice cubes
fill up with sparkling water (soda water could do)

and you have a surprisingly delicious and refreshing end to a long summer Wednesday (especially when the kitchen offers no better alternatives).

I think I’ll call it Debored’s Vice.

  1. Pity it’s not 12 yet otherwise I’d give it a try.

The only ingredient I’m short is the soda pop.

I always like a seasonal drink this year I tried a few things but ended up with a version of Italian ice tea – Campari, fizz water, ice, slice of orange, slice of lemon.

    I shall keep you informed.
